Theresa and I have been working together for over three years and I have truly enjoyed every second. I went from not working out at all to working out 2-3 times a week, building muscle and achieving my weight loss goals along the way. Theresa tailors each workout to you, pushes you when you need it, and never makes you feel bad about anything. She has taught me so much about nutrition and worked with me to build a custom nutrition plan that I can actually follow and see results from. After having my second child, I had a hard time prioritizing and making time to focus on my wellness and get back into shape. As an older parent of young children, I was keen to find a way so that my husband and I could build our strength and health for the long run! After hearing about the amazing experience that my friend had with Theresa, my husband and I started working with her. Theresa comes to our home so that we can focus on building our strength and endurance in the early mornings before our kids wake up and it's been a game changer (especially for busy working parents who have a hard time making time to prioritize ourselves). She was very thoughtful about customizing my training program during my postpartum period so that I could correctly rebuild my pelvic floor and core after having a traumatic birthing experience. It's also just been a joy for my husband and me to be able to do something together when we're constantly on the go and juggling/taking turns on who's watching the kids if the other person wants to exercise. While early mornings are still tough for me (and always will be), the accountability, thoughtfulness, care, and expertise that Theresa brings to our sessions helps me get out of bed and work out (most of the time :D)
